Training the Coaching Way: Demos and Debriefs
Training others in coaching skills integrates a format based on adult learning principles and coaching values, with demonstration and debriefing. Led by Lead Trainer Elvis Filote, like TCW units 1-3, you'll join a group of others in engaging discussions, reflection exercises, and active practice sessions that will prepare you to train others. This mini-course, Units 4 and 5, focuses on the skills needed to lead effective demos and powerful debriefs. Join us as we learn together!
