FOCOS Platform Core Team
The FOCOS Platform (FP) Core Team provides leadership for FP’s global mission to empower leaders and partner with organizations who desire to integrate coaching culture into their contexts. Coming from a variety of organizations, contexts, and cultures, the FP Core Team collaborates in building a community of coaches and trainers living out the values and culture of coaching through caring, connecting, empowering, and ultimately, multiplying. FOCOS Founders
Wolfgang Jani and Tina Stoltzfus Horst co-founded the FOCOS (Foundational Coaching Skills) training program in 2010. Wolfgang, an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and ICF assessor, Master Trainer, and owner of ‘Coaching and Training’ works with YWAM and lives in Budapest, Hungary. Tina, a Master Trainer, Author, and founder of Coaching Mission International, lives in the States and works virtually. Their collaborative partnership has resulted in a decade of high quality, accessible coach training for over 400 global leaders; more than 32 FOCOS cohorts on three continents and in 2 languages; and a multiplying community of coaches and trainers working together to empower cultures of coaching around the world.
