Tina is co-founder of FOCOS and has been a coach and coach trainer for cross-cultural missions leaders for over 20 years. Tina founded Coaching Mission International. The author of Dancing between Cultures: Culturally Intelligent Coaching for Missions and Ministry, Tina enjoys writing, developing and mentoring others, creating beauty, and of course, coaching and training! Tina lives in Indiana, USA, with her husband of 40 years, Gary (also a coach and trainer); and their dog, Macy.

Wolfgang is co-founder of FOCOS and FOCOS Platform. Originally from Switzerland, Wolfgang has lived cross-culturally since 1987. As a professionally certified coach, he comes alongside leaders to help them sharpen and align their work and life with who they are and focus their calling and vocation for greater fruitfulness and deeper impact. Wolfgang enjoys deep conversations, hiking, good long meals as well as solitude.

Patti has been a missionary working out of Spain for the past 27 years. Her role in that calling changes and evolves according to the needs of those she is serving. In the last 5 years, Patti has launched a Coach Training School in Spanish to facilitate Christian leaders in the use of coaching skills to empower their impact amongst the millennial population.

Cristina is a Certified Executive Coach, and Professional Certified Coach with ICF. She and her husband have served with Cru for more than 20 years. She is passionate about helping leaders and entrepreneurs to live and lead out of their values and fulfill their calling in each role that they have – in family, team and their organization. She enjoys great conversations, writing and outdoor sports with her husband and their two girls, 8 and 10.

Judith has been working with Coaching and training coaches since 2014 and coaches in Spanish, English and Swedish. She is presently part of training teams for the Focos program in English and Spanish, Cross cultural coaching and life purpose coaching courses. Her passion is to see people discover and connect with the presence and purposes of God in all circumstances and seasons of life. She is a widow and has 3 adult children. She enjoys improvisation theatre and singing.

Lynn is a Regional Representative of Faculty Commons, a ministry of Cru. Having served with Cru for over 40 years in various ministry capacities, she has extensive leadership and mentoring experience. As a professionally certified coach, she gave leadership to Cru’s coach training in 20 countries in Europe. After 20 years in Europe, Lynn and her husband, Jim, now live in Oklahoma where she enjoys her family, ministry with university professors, and a good conversation.

Elvis and Alina are co-trainers, life, leadership and executive coaches and trainer coaches. They have 6 years of experience in coaching more then 500 entrepreneurs and managers in LEAD Impact, Romania.

John is passionate about discovering new perspectives that inspire people to be themselves for greater value. To this end, he partners with people and organizations in reflective dialogues. His experience as coach, coaching supervisor, mentor coach and systemic team coach has been rounded off with his love for making connections in complex systems. He has served in various leadership roles in global business and engineering that have brought him to different corners in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. John, his wife, and children live near Zurich, Switzerland.

Susan is a spiritual director and a Professional Certified Coach with ICF. She has a Masters in Spiritual Direction and Formation and is passionate about journeying alongside others in their own formation and discovery of God and self. She has worked in multiple cultures over the last 35 years and is a learner at heart. She facilitates retreats and transformative experiences that involve contemplation, music,and art. She loves enneagram conversations, reading, and long walks. Susan currently resides in Liverpool, UK with her husband of 37 years.

Ella spent almost 25 years in the mission field in her native country - Ukraine. She made a smooth transition from mentorship as a major way of impact in ministry to coaching in 2016. Whether in the role of a trainer or a coach, Ella works or serves with a dominating passion: to help people experience personal growth and spiritual transformation. She and her husband now reside in Krakow, Poland in the company of their 3 grown up children living nearby. In their spare time, the Fesenkos enjoy riding bikes or hiking in Tatry mountains.

Gay has been coaching for over 15 years, and has been a FOCOS trainer since 2011. Gary is a member of the FOCOS Platform Core Team. He brings a wealth of experience in business, ministry, coaching, and training to the FOCOS Community. Gary excels in serving others in whatever capacity he finds himself in. His background includes living in the Democratic Republic of Congo as a teen, and in Haiti. He lives and works in Indiana, with his wife Tina.
